The location & ease of checking in
the room was a bit basic & could have been cleaner
Peace and quiet during the night, friendly staff always asking if we required anything. Location was ideall for our visit.
Situated in the centre of Kilsyth, with good parking. Restaurant was popular with the locals (we arrived on a Saturday night) Modern feel to the decor. Breakfast the following morning was excellent.
It had very nice modern decor.
A smile and some rapor would have been good from the staff in particular the reception.I Feel that as the rooms are quite small a divan bed would have been better as myself and other partyb members kept bumping our legs and were left with big bruises.
My only comment was the room was a little small for two people. Also when I tried to book again for 4 days you were full which is good for you bad for us.Thank you so much.
It's central location makes it ideal for travelling either to the east or west coast with trips further north to the glens also possible. There is nice countryside quite close to the hotel if you bother to look for it.
It's proximity to the road make the front rooms fairly noisy. The Friday night disco until 1am was very noisy followed by people outside making a lot of noise until after 2am.
very good food.
had to leave a deposit for the tv controller - this felt very seedy. quite a lot of road noise. could not charge meals and drinks to the room - like having to leave a deposit on the tv controller it made me feel very distrusted.
A handy location for a party we were attending. Fantastic food & Excellent service. Breakfast was so peaceful and the service from the waitress (Leigh) was second to none! For that time in the morning we were woken up by how friendly and helpful she was! Would certainly recommend! :-)
No Wifi in our room.
Rooms refurbished to a high standard and were very clean
Friendly Reception Professional Staff providing friendly and efficient service
Room 4 the window blind did not function properly hence street lighting was intrusive. No hot water early morning .
The hotel was central to Kilsyth, and my place of business. The hotel staff were friendly, and the food in the restaurant was excellent and there was plenty of it. The rooms were of a good standard and very clean.
For a double room the bathrooms were very small and compact.
Nothing some of the staff are more interested in the yobos who decide there for weekend drinks and discos, guests seem not to be important,
Room floors were dirty, watered down shower gel , worn out towels, keep wakened by extracror fan outside window , reported it and nothing was done , load music for the 2 nights of stay by the regular yobo.s basic breakfast which consisted of 1 slice of bacon , 1 slice of black pudding , I sausage , I very small mushroom , 1 egg, and a spoonful of beans, watered down orange juice, toaster that did not toast properly , no disability facilities , will never stay at the hotel again and should be reviewed about its 3 stars, not worth the money,if you wanted a remote for tv , you had to pay a charge,no room service for a 3 star hotel,
Breakfast was poor only orange juice and watered down, rooms very small, nothing explained by receptionist and floor in room very dirty
Very small room No Wi Fi working!
Not to far off the motorway for an overnight stop whilst travelling. Room adequate for this purpose and breakfast included in the price. Could get an evening meal in bar downstairs without having to go out searching for somewhere.
